I founded, built and led Reese Partners, a multinational advisory firm operating across North America, China and India, personally serving clients as an interim executive while running the business. My career has also included leadership roles at Accenture, McKinsey and Grant Thornton. Through Reese Advisors, I take on interim executive, transformation and advisory mandates to build businesses, improve performance and turn strategic ambition into operating results.
I’ve always seen finance as the numerical representation of a company’s ambitions, strategies and decisions. The numbers help tell the company’s story: what it is trying to build, whether its choices support that ambition and where something needs to change.
Across the businesses I’ve built and transformed, my approach has been consistent: earn trust through transparency, bring people into solving the business’s challenges, and use technology to expand what they can do. I believe the strongest results come when people have the confidence, tools and room to exercise their judgment, contribute ideas and build something better together.
That experience lets me connect strategy, finance, technology, operations and people — and stay with the work through results. In the age of AI, that broad operating view matters because the value rarely sits in one function. It comes from redesigning how the business works.
